FILIPPINO LIPPI

Filippino Lippi (1457 – 1504), son of Filippo, in Rome in the mother church of the Dominicans, Santa Maria sopra Minerva, gave birth to one of his masterpieces: the Carafa Chapel, dedicated to the Virgin and to the Dominican St. Thomas d’Aquino.

Do not miss, in the vault, the beautiful sibyls.
